Ashley Kappel is a Colorado real estate attorney, mediator, and co-host of Real Estate in the Rockies. With over a decade of experience, including time at an AmLaw 100 firm in Denver, she advises property owners, investors, developers, and local governments on real estate transactions, zoning, and regulatory approvals.

Ashley also mediates disputes in real estate, business, and community matters with a practical, solution-focused approach.

Her background includes 11 years in education, service as Executive Director of the Chaffee Housing Authority, and Board Chair of Shining Mountains Montessori School.

On the podcast, she breaks down topics like zoning, water rights, contracts, and risk so listeners can make informed, confident decisions.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, cooking, football, piano, and time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
